I serve as your Hospitality Advisor and Staffing Partner, bridging the gap between agencies, venues, and event teams. From strategic staffing and talent pairing to operational guidance and vendor negotiations, I make sure you have a reliable plan—and the right people in the right places.
Core Solutions include:
- Staffing Agency Selection (no fee, complimentary)
- Direct Hire / Search Solutions (15% of salary)
- Events & Galas Support ($48/hr, 6hr min)
- Secret Shopper / Mystery Guest ($48/hr, 6hr min)
- Recommendations, Mediation ($48/hr, 6hr min)
- Exit & Stay Interviews ($48/hr, 6hr min)
- NextCrew Workforce Advisory ($200 a month per user)
