From managing Restaurants and Room Service to overseeing Banquets, the immersive experience garnered at Sheraton allowed me to don multiple hats and understand the intricacies involved in running a successful operation. This foundational experience was further honed as I ventured into managing my own restaurant, where the responsibilities extended to all facets of the business - be it HR, accounting, maintenance or working closely with Front of House and Back of House staff.
